b.  Principal Instructors:  Course planners are Greg Spear PhD and Anita Gewurz MD.  Today's discussants include:  Anita Gewurz MD, Larry Thomas PhD, and Tom Lint PhD.
c.  Discipline of Principal Instructors:  All are faculty in the department of immunology/microbiology;  Dr. Gewurz is also in the section of Allergy/Immunology.
d. Principal Instructors are full time in our department
e.  Dr. Kulik (FIT) presented the case, and Drs. Gewurz, Lint, and Thomas discussed it from a clinical and basic science perspective.
